By using this site or submitting an order request, you agree to these terms and confirm that the information you provide is accurate. You must be legally able to enter the transaction in your location.

The site is operated from the United States. Product availability, delivery destinations and services may change without affecting an order we have already accepted.

Guest checkout submits a request for the watches in your bag; it does not take payment and does not by itself create a completed sale. We review availability and order details before issuing or approving an invoice.

A sale is accepted only when we confirm the invoice and receive cleared payment using the instructions on that invoice. We may decline an order for stock discrepancies, incomplete information, suspected fraud, obvious pricing errors or legal restrictions.

Prices are displayed in US dollars. Shipping is free to the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. Import duties, VAT or government charges may apply to international delivery as described in our Shipping, Returns and Refunds policy.

Review the product, price, delivery address and payee details before sending funds. Pay only the account printed on the invoice for your order. If payment details change in a separate message, pause and confirm them directly with us.

Every watch is pre-owned unless a listing clearly states otherwise. Normal evidence of prior ownership may be present and is reflected in the individual description and imagery. Screen settings can affect color, but the confirmed listing and invoice identify the watch being supplied.

Box, papers, accessories, model reference, year and condition are included only when stated for that watch. Manufacturer warranties do not apply unless expressly identified; any store warranty appears in the listing or invoice.

The Shipping, Returns and Refunds policy forms part of these terms. It explains handling and transit estimates, signature delivery, international charges, the 14-day return window, return condition, shipping responsibility and refund timing.

Risk transfers on signed delivery. Ownership transfers only after we receive cleared payment in full.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are responsible only for direct, foreseeable loss caused by our breach and not for business or speculative loss arising from a consumer order.

These terms are governed by applicable United States federal and state law, while preserving mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rights that apply in the customer’s place of residence.
