Shipping, returns and refunds

All watches ship free from the United States to delivery addresses in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. Orders require 1–2 business days for handling and typically spend 2–6 business days in transit, for a total estimated delivery time of 3–8 business days after cleared payment.

Every parcel is tracked, insured for its order value, packed discreetly and released against a signature. Your advisor sends tracking when the carrier accepts the parcel.

Shipping is free. Import duties, VAT, customs charges or other government assessments imposed by the destination country are not shipping fees and may remain the recipient’s responsibility unless the invoice expressly states otherwise.

If a government charge is known before payment, it will be identified separately on the invoice. Carrier or customs processing can occasionally extend delivery estimates beyond our control.

For a change-of-mind return, the customer arranges and pays for tracked, fully insured return shipping. The watch remains the customer’s responsibility until it is received and signed for by us.

If the watch arrives damaged, materially different from the invoice or otherwise incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photographs. Once confirmed, we will provide return instructions and cover reasonable return shipping costs.

We inspect returns promptly after delivery. When a return is accepted, the refund is initiated to the original payment route within 5–7 business days. Your bank may require additional processing time before the funds appear.

A deduction may apply only where the returned watch has new wear, damage, alteration or missing items that reduce its value. This policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer right that applies in the customer’s location.
